John Beecher recorded nine goals and 16 points as a freshman at Michigan last season.
Fourteen schools have players on the camp’s roster. Boston University leads all teams with six selections, while Boston College and Michigan have five each.
Six of the participants in camp were members of the 2020 U.S. National Junior Team, including Boston College goaltender Spencer Knight and Wisconsin forward Cole Caufield.
The United States enters the 2021 World Junior Championship seeking its fifth medal in six years. Providence head coach Nate Leaman is the head coach of the U.S. team, assisted by Ted Donato (Harvard), Kris Mayotte (Michigan), Steve Miller (Ohio State) and Teresa Feaster (Providence).
