Women’s Notes: Lamarche Lights It Up
Junior Forward Nets Back-to-Back Hat Tricks

No. 8 Quinnipiac remained unbeaten in the 2025–26 season with a weekend sweep over No. 12 Northeastern. The two programs have met just 20 times since 2001, with Northeastern holding a slight 10-8-2 edge, but the Bobcats have now won three of the last four matchups.
Junior forward Kahlen Lamarche (Sudbury, Ontario) continues to lead the charge, tied for first in the nation with 19 points (12g, 7a) through eight games. Lamarche is riding a seven-game point streak dating back to Sept. 27 and a five-game goal streak that began Oct. 4 against Providence. She has already matched her career total with four game-winning goals and added a short-handed tally this season.
Lamarche notched back-to-back hat tricks in the sweep of Northeastern, finishing the weekend with eight points (7g, 1a), including her second four-goal game of the season on Saturday.
Graduate forward Laurence Frenette (Boisbriand, Quebec) also extended her point streak to seven games, recording four assists on the weekend. Senior forward Emerson Jarvis (Edmonton, Alberta) tallied two goals on the weekend to continue her point streak to six games.
In net, sophomore Felicia Frank (Gävle, Sweden) remained unbeaten stopping 58 shots across the two games and posting a .939 save percentage with a 1.19 goals-against average. Frank made a career-high 30 saves in Friday’s win.
The Bobcats hit the road this weekend for ECAC Hockey matchups at Yale on Friday and Brown on Saturday.

Notebook Quotebook:
For us, I think it was a great team effort. Obviously, we put six on the board and just felt like offensively, that’s a great place to start. We had everybody involved — the D were moving — and we didn’t give up many chances, so we’re happy with that. This is a good starting point for us. I think we had good habits all the way through, and we’re just excited to try to turn it around and get another one tomorrow.”
